I'm a Sephora Gold Member. Because of that my friends thought I always shop in Sephora. That is not true. I limit my shopping only when they have sale, double-points period and my birthday month. One of the sale period for Sephora that you should look out for is Black Friday. This year, the sale is 15% off everything!
I've been wanting to try the Tatcha skincare for a long time. Thankfully, Sephora Malaysia now carries the brand. It is a brand inspired by the Japanese Geisha beauty regime. It's funny because geishas in real have pretty bad skin because of the harsh chemical in the makeups they use. All of that Tatcha's history aside, there are a lot of positive feedbacks I read from online. When it was launched on Sephora, I didn't know what to get. Since my Hada Labo facial wash was going to finish, I figure out I should stock up on the facial wash. Hence, the Deep Cleanse came to my haul. It won the Allure Award for being the best facial wash, so I'm excited to try this out.
I wanted to try more than just the facial wash, so I put also in my cart the Water Cream. Everyone needs some hydration products. I saw this was at the high rating side, so I purchased it. The packaging is so beautiful! This product is also rated as a "clean beauty" product.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit Ghost Palette
I'm not excited about the Christmas edition beauty release anymore. However, this one makes it into the exception. It features all of the Hourglass Ambient products that I've always wanted to try. Hourglass makes the ost beautiful subtle highlighter. My current one is already hitting the pan, so it does make sense for me to financially to stock up one. I thought, why not get this palette and have the other shades as a bonus to try? I really love this palette and looking forward to using it.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Melt Proof Brow Kit
Anastasia Beverly Hills made its name in the beauty industry with its eyebrow products. With this kit, I can try out two products which are the Dipbrow Pomade (the best seller) and the Dipbrow Gel. As a bonus, it comes with a double-ended brow brush that is perfect for travel.
If there's anything you shouldn't buy online, it is a foundation. I believe that you shouldn't buy a foundation that you are not familiar with for the first time, but I took the risk on this one. I've been wanting to try the Pat McGrath Labs foundation after listening to a beauty podcast on Spotify (I can't remember which one) and the makeup artist was raving about it. I believe this is going to be a good foundation and if I bought the wrong color, I could mix it with other foundations to tone up or down the shade.
